ARIK LEVY - FORESTIER

Designer, technicien, artiste, photographe, réalisateur…les talents de Levy sont multiples et ses œuvres sont exposées dans des galeries et des musées parmi les plus prestigieux au monde. D’abord connu pour ses projets dans le domaine du mobilier, ainsi que pour ses installations et ses créations en série limitée, Arik Levy continue d’avoir un impact substantiel sur notre milieu intérieur et extérieur.

Originaire d’Israël et diplômé en design industriel du Art Center Europe, Levy travaille actuellement à Paris avec son équipe de 20 designers et graphistes au sein de son studio Ldesign. Il collabore avec Forestier depuis déjà deux ans, donnant un élan moderne et contemporain aux collections de luminaires de la marque. Dernière création en date, la table Lantern, clairement inspirée par la culture asiatique, qui apportera une touche "zen" aux intérieurs les plus urbains. Disponible en vert, bleu et rouge, cette table ne craint pas la pluie et pourra illuminer vos soirées d'été, disposée autour d'une table, sur une terrasse, un balcon...

As a designer, technician, artist, photographer and producer, Levy is a multitalented all-rounder and his work is exhibited in some of the world's most prestigious galleries and museums. Initially known for his projects in the furniture sector in addition to his limited edition designs and displays, Arik Levy continues to have a major impact on our interior and exterior environment. Originating from Israel, and a graduate in industrial design from the Art Center Europe, Levy currently works in Paris with his team of 20 designers and graphical artists in his studio Ldesign. Thanks to his vision and that of his partner Pippo Lionni, the studio handles projects in the fields of visual identity, signposting and packaging in addition to exhibition scenery and interior design. The in&out light tables are made using basic, traditional tools and material - the hand-made paper is combined with metalwork to produce the versatile collections. 'in & out' collection is based on the flexibility of being able to use a lamp both indoors and outside.
