SOLO CHAIR

MATTIAZZI

La chaise SOLO est l'une des dernières créations de l'éditeur italien Mattiazzi. Présentée au salon de Milan 2012, cette chaise à la ligne hyper sobre vise le marché professionnel et notamment l'aménagement des restaurants, hôtels ou bars. Economique et ergonomique, elle pourra également trouver sa place dans les cuisines ou salle à manger des particuliers, apportant une touche de design minimaliste quasi nippone dans nos intérieurs -même si Nitzan Cohen, le designer qui l'a conçue, est allemand. Disponible en frêne laqué noir, gris, jaune, orange ou bleu et en chêne huilé, cette chaise peut recevoir un traitement spécial pour l'utilisation outdoor.

Presented at the Milan Salone in April 2012, the stacking Solo Chair is designed by Nitzan Cohen. The simplicity of form is matched by the high quality of the craftsmanship. Available in aniline stained Ash or waxed natural Oak for indoor use, and in thermo-treated (dark) Ash for outdoor use. Mattiazzi explains the appeal of Solo: “More of a character, a bit hard but very round, very simple but also intricate, practical and pragmatic but offering a great deal. It’s a café chair, a bar stool that makes no fuss about what it does, a character that says, plainly: ‘Have a seat,’ and one happily complies.”
