ARTEK

Artek présente sur Maison & Objet sa nouvelle gamme design intitulée abc Collection. Abc Collection se compose de petits objets s’harmonisant naturellement avec les autres créations d’Artek. Le nom de cette série fait référence aux fondamentaux du quotidien. Cette nouvelle gamme inaugurée en janvier comprend une série de petits objets reprenant le motif H55 conçu par Elissa Aalto en 1955 ainsi qu’une série d’articles en papier réalisée par l’agence de design allemande Greige.

Le produit phare d’Artek, le Tabouret 60 d’Alvar Aalto, fête cette année ses 80 ans. C’est le produit le plus vendu d’Artek mais également un des objets design les plus connus à travers le monde. Artek célèbre l’anniversaire de ce grand classique à travers différents évènements. A Paris, le tabouret pourra être admiré dans de nouveaux tons vifs et originaux.

Artek is set to launch new items in its abc Collection at the Maison&Objet fair in Paris in January. The abc Collection consists of small objects that integrate naturally into the rest of Artek’s furniture collection. The title is a reference to the alphabet of living. Among the January launches are products featuring the H55 fabric pattern designed in 1955 by Elissa Aalto and a stationery collection by the German design studio Greige.

The icon of Artek, Stool 60 designed by Alvar Aalto, turns a venerable 80 this year. Stool 60 is the number one seller of Artek collection and one of the most famous design products of the world. Artek will celebrate the birthday of the classic worldwide during the whole year. In Paris the timeless Stool 60 will be presented in two new editions.
